Food was good, the service was great. We went early and they weren't very busy. All in all an enjoyable meal.

WORSE SERVICE EVER!!! Not the servers fault, but the kitchen. Endless Shrimp? Not hardly, having to wait 25 minutes between refills on a Tuesday night in a restaurant not half full is terrible service. When I am being asked by the apologetic server if we want to put in another shrimp refill order while still waiting on the first shrimp refill order is SUB STANDARD KITCHEN SERVICE and POOR MANAGEMENT of a restaurant.

My girls and I went here today and had a blast. This particular location was so nice. The staff was extremely courteous and the food was so good. I ordered the $15 deal with the soup/salad, entree, and desert. I was good and full. Lol I also ordered a drink that was similar to piña colada but it had a shot of ( um I don't remember) lol but it was in a shot class hanging on the glass.. I was feeling RIGHT! and I do mean RIGHT!!! That drink was Yummy and I will definitely be ordering that again when I go back.. Sorry I couldn't remember the name but I took a pic :) lol

My husband and I went there on a week night and had Maynard as our server. We've had several great experiences at this Red Lobster, and this time was no exception...it was actually the best, we'll be requesting him next time we go. The service was incredible, and the food, well worth the money spent. I had the fish of the day: Tilapia, prepared New Orleans style, it has some sort of incredible divine spicy sauce and shrimp. This Red Lobster is great for a date night, when you actually want a service-oriented experience. I get very frustrated with poor service for the sake of a quick sit down and order meal, but at this Red Lobster, we've had incredible superior service experiences.

Had the shrimp feast as we do every year! Always tasty and always good service. This location doesn't suffer from the poor service i have received at locations elsewhere, they treat you good here and always keep your table clean and your glass full. Wife enjoyed talapia new Orleans style and couldn't finish because of how much their was. If i could change one thing it would be time between refills on the shrimp as my wife was done eating before my first extra side came out.

I went tonight, first time ever with my girlfriend, came from Canada, drove 5 days.. And without a doubt had the worst service and meal I have ever experienced! My lobster sat so long that it could have bounce to Alabama and back! The waitress was either high or lacked any kind of waitressing skills what so ever!

Overall it was ok. Not great. The food was typical and pretty good. The service was sub par at best. I try not to judge when I am a part of large party but sometimes you just cant help it.

The Red Lobster in Mt Juliet's Providence area is the only seafood restaurant nearby so we go there occasionally. Love the salty, buttery dinner rolls. Endless shrimp was featured so I did get plenty to eat. Food was fine, not great. Service was pretty good. We'll be back next time we need a seafood fix

This is one restaurant I went with high expectations but was dissapointed. As far as I am concerned it is Captain D in a more upscale fine dining environment. The shrimps were no different from cpatain D's--same old deep fried shrimps. Lobsters that I ordered were quite good but not great. I have eaten much better sea food than this place. The service was really gr8. I am not impressed and not going to red lobster again 100%.

This restaurant has a great location just off the Interstate in a nice shopping center, easy off, easy on when traveling. It had a nice ambience inside, and the hostess who seated us was very welcoming and pleasant. However, she apparently forgot to tell our server we were there......so the initial service was quite slow. Our server apologized. That would have been okay had she made an extra effort to refill rolls, tea glasses etc. She did those things, but we did have to sit with empty bread basket and tea glasses. We were visited by the manager, who said he would correct the issue....The server definitely had been "talked to", it was obvious in her change of attitude toward us.....COOL and brisk !! The food was just okay, my hubby's linguine alfredo was very dry with minimal sauce....and the shrimp on the dish were like small canned cocktail shrimp, not what he expected at all. The dish really lacked flavor. He was expecting a buttery, garlicky, creamy dish, and it was anything but !! I had the Walt's Shrimp, and not having had it for a while, the breading apparently has changed from a crunchy type coating to more of a batter type coating....and the shrimp just lacked that shrimp taste !! The Cheddar Bay biscuits were good and tasty, the iced tea was very good. The french fries on my plate were skimpy and some were the tiny, dark crispy bits that just shouldn't be served. The fries that were of a decent size were good and crispy. It was just a ho hum meal with ho hum service and it didn't really satisfy our seafood craving. I used to love Red Lobster, but I honestly feel the quality of their seafood and service has declined.....and tend to agree with the reviewer who stated this is not much better than Captain D's. We dine out a lot....hence the reviews....I wouldn't really recommend this place if you're expecting anything better than Captain D's type food. Because you'll pay a lot more at Red Lobster.

Red Lobster is one of my favorite seafood chains but this location is atypically sub-par. I've visited 4-5 times and each time I've left feeling like the experiece was not good. The dishes I ordered were either over seasoned or over cooked and the service was just okay. A couple of visits we had to wait at least 5 minutes to be seated when it was very slow in the dining area. Most other Red Lobster chains I've visited I've been very happy with. This is an expection, not the best management.. The cheese biskets are still amazing tho.. but that's about all that's amazing.

The all you can eat shrimp made for a fantastic dinner that was well balanced with steamed vegetables and rolls. The new flavors offered are very good and I had more than my share, leaving me full and quite content. The service was extremely responsive, especially in light of being extremely busy. Was definitely a positive experience.

Hadn't been here in a long time. Price was actually great. $15 per meal. One all u can eat (4entrees) & one 4 course. The fried shrimp seemed to be that of frozen out of a bag. I am used to gulf shrimp. Service was great. Problem we had was that we were so hungry when we arrived that we filled ourselves on rolls and salad. Guess they do that when you order "all u can eat"!!

Me and my girlfriend have ate here twice, both times with her family in party of 8 consisting of 6 adults and 2 children. The first time, i ordered steak ordered it med rare, it came out a little under well done. They gave me a recook after everyone else had finished. Med rare should be a quick steak to cook, especially since it wasnt a large steak. Not to big of a deal after all this is a "seafood" restaurant. Then today we celebrated an elders birthday and we had the same amount of people and again for lunch at 2pm. Our servers, yes we had 2 female servers, got our drinks and then got our oder then we never saw either again. After 15 minutes we had to hunt them down via other servers we had to pull aside. By then all we had was our drinks, that were empty and never received our salads nor our biscuits. Our servers were found and they came by and refilled drinks and then brought our salads. The floor manager came by 3 times and picked up their slack. After our salads came out the entrees came out 15 minutes later, not too bad, but we did have all lunch portions. The food was forgettably bland, except for the crab pizza. Overall I will try to avoid red lobster again.
